What You’ll Need

• 3+ years of professional software development experience building production-grade applications
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript – these are the core languages you’ll be working with daily, so deep expertise is essential
• Solid problem-solving abilities and debugging skills to tackle complex technical challenges and optimize application performance
• Strong understanding of database concepts including schema design, query optimization, indexing, and working with both SQL and NoSQL databases
• Hands-on experience with either GCP or AWS cloud platforms, including deployment, management, and scaling of cloud infrastructure
• Sharp communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-culture teams, and directly contribute to architectural discussions

• Proficiency in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) for full-stack development
• Sound knowledge of Python, Go, Java, or Rust
• Decent understanding of AI agents and Large Language Models (LLMs), including experience integrating AI capabilities into applications through various APIs and SDKs
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, model integration, and AI workflows — we’re actively building AI-powered features and automation

• Build and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications that serve thousands of users
• Integrate AI and LLM capabilities into our products to create intelligent, automated solutions
• Design and optimize database architectures to ensure data integrity and application performance
